PASSWORD RESET FORM

Have you forgotten your password on VirtualChicago? If so, you can use this form to reset your password online. It will automatically email you a new password to use to get connected. In order for this to work, the email stored on your player's character must be the same one you type in below, along with your character's name. This is generally the address that you typed in when you registered for a character, unless you've asked an administrator to change it since then. The new password will only be sent if the address you enter matches the one we have for your character, and only be sent to that address.

You may not reset your password more than once a month! Also, if you opted to disable this feature on your character, then it will simply not work for you.

If this process does not work for you, you will have to email vcmuse@vchicago.org to receive a new password. Whereas this process only takes a matter of minutes, emailing for a password change may take a day or three. This is why it is important for characters to keep their email addresses up to date on the VirtualChicago server. When you email vcmuse@vchicago.org for your password, you should include your character name and your real name as evidence that you are really you. This is why it is important that you used your real name when registering for your character.
